Hi everyone – this is Sara here… the facilitator of the Hatha Yoga classes set to start in March. If anyone here is interested in attending the classes and has any questions I am more than happy to answer them.

When trying anything new it can be a little scary to please don’t hesitate to ask anything you want about yoga, what to wear, what to bring or what you might expect in a class. You can post anything here in the comments and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

I hope to see you out there on your mats!
    Peace,
    Sara

Hi Tom! You only missed 2 classes but they are drop in every week meaning new people come every week. It is beginner level classes so don’t worry about ‘being old’ :) Last night’s class was aged from 18 to 82 so know people of all ages and walks of life have been coming out!

Next week’s class on March 24 is going to be a more relaxing class so NO it won’t kill you :) but it will be a nice way to try it out!

We have extra mats if you don’t have one so you are welcomed and encouraged to come and check it out. Just remember to dress comfy and not in jeans!

Hope to see you next week Tom,
        Sara

Hi Sarah! The church is at 705 Main St East. It’s on the corner of Main St East and St. Clair – St. Clair being one little side street before Sherman.

If you drive turn left onto St. Clair from Main St E and there is lots of street parking on St. Clair. Follow the signs to enter the church through the HAARRP doors or by the big sign sitting on the lawn.

Hope this helps :) See you soon :)

Hi everyone! Just confirming that class is happening tomorrow night – March 24 at 6:30pm at St. Peter’s at 705 Main St East and will be happening every week so please feel free to drop in – no registration required and newcomer’s welcome every week!

Tomorrow’s class will be a restorative/relaxation class so it’s great for anyone that has never practiced yoga before or has any injuries or concerns about ability ;)

Hope to see you out there!
    Sara
